Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you can view your cart or click on "Order" or "Goto Checkout", you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit debit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency for you.
We accept all Visa and Mastercards also Debit Cards. We do not normally charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not normally charged for until they are shipped. You may send in your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet but remember your order is SECURE we us whatever method you choose. |
Shipping And Handling We promise to do our upmost to despach any goods ordered by our online shop within 24 hours (subject to stock clearence and valid payment received) by the delivery method chosen by the customer. we however reserve the right to use any other delivery company or method we choose to complete the delivery process without notice to the customer where required.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your UK order to you within 1 to 3 business days. Ireland & International orders are generally received within 4-7 business days (subject to valid payment received and stock availability) you will be informed by email or post of your order comfirmation.

First Time Orders can only be sent to the card holders address, this is to reduce fraud and increase card protection against fradulant use. |

Privacy Policy MultiMedia Systems do not disclose buyer's information to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart only once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to only store details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Under no cucumstancies are cookies used for any other reason than mentioned above and are compleatly safe. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy We will except goods if returned to us within 7 days of receipt (fully boxed with all instructions enclosed in original packaging and not damaged in any way) for a complete refund if not satisfied with exception of goods programmed via a computer where there is the possibility that the item was damaged because of this.
The return carriage fees will be the responsibility of the customer returning the goods.
Returned goods received after 7 days will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%, also no original carriage and handling fees will be refunded on goods returned after 7 days for what ever reason.
But please be ashored that any goods sent to you that are not up to standard or are not in good order when received, these will be refunded in full or replaced upon receipt of goods to ourselves within 7 days and if goods are not working, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if goods are received damaged and/or faulty (Clause 2, The only exclusion is when items have been connected to a computer and software and/or hardware is updated or upgraded in any way and therefore cannot be returned in the condition as received by us).
Any goods returned to us after 14 days that are still in warrantee will be subject to repair only or replacement and only at our company's and/or the manufacturer's discretion (With the exclusion of clause 2 above where a the goods would be returned to the customer and would be chargable), unless agreed by MultiMedia Systems prior to us receiving the goods.
All goods returned to us whether for refund or replacement must be in the same condition as they were received by the customer and include all instructions and original packaging as they were sent out, if not a surcharge may be chargeable and if goods have to be returned to the customer this will be chargeable.
